Shipping and Deliveries

Products already in stock will be shipped from our warehouse in Reusel, the Netherlands on the day we receive your order, provided that no custom inlay is required. Products that are not in stock have longer delivery times. An indication of when your product will be delivered can be found on the product page.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Shipping Methods

Your order will be shipped via DHL Parcel and includes Track and Trace. If you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, DHL will plan a new delivery attempt the following day. Larger shipments (Pallet +) will be handled by a pallet carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your products in accordance with Dutch remote purchase regulations. Please note that custom products made in according to the customer’s specifications cannot be returned. A foam inlay designed with CaseCreator is not covered by these regulations.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after placing your order without being required to state a reason for cancellation. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return your products. You will be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. The buyer only has to pay the costs for shipping the order to the webstore’s delivery address.

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, products should be returned to the seller with all enclosed parts and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging. If we detect any usage damage, we may charge you for this damage.

How Can I Return My Products?

You can return your products using the RMA form below. Incomplete returns and returns without the RMA form will be processed with a delay. We will always ask you to send us an e-mail stating that you want to return a product, allowing us to prepare for the arrival of your return items.

It is possible to use the standard European withdrawal form to let us know you would like to waive your order. However, using this form is not required. You can send your return shipment to:

In order to properly process your returns, we ask you to include the packing slip that came with your order. We ask you to state a reason for returning the item, so we can continue to innovate and improve our products. This is voluntary; you are not required to state a reason for cancellation.

Return Costs

If you have received the wrong products or damaged items, we will cover the costs of your return shipment. Should this be the case, please contact us using our contact form. Products should be returned to us as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after the day you have informed us about your decision to withdraw your order. Any products you would like to return should be in our possession before this 14-day term ends.

The customer will cover the direct costs of shipping return items. You are only liable for the depreciation of the item value if this depreciation is caused by using the goods in a manner that exceeds what is necessary to determine the nature, the properties and the functioning of the items.

Refunds

If you have communicated that you would like the purchase amount reimbursed, we will refund you as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after you have informed us about your decision. This refund will include the costs for shipping the order to your delivery address if you have been charged with shipping costs.
